Slot 44
What You’ll Need
A revenue statement or check stub from your operator, saved as a PDF. Most standard operator revenue statement formats are supported.
If you have been receiving revenue checks from an operator, your check stub or revenue statement already contains the well information the platform needs. Upload it as a PDF and the platform reads the data automatically.
Uploading Your Document
Click Create a Tract and select Upload Revenue Statement. Drag and drop your PDF onto the upload area, or click to browse for the file. Once uploaded, the platform parses the document — this usually takes just a few seconds.
Reviewing What Was Parsed
The platform shows you the wells it identified from your document, along with the decimal interest it read for each one. Review this list carefully. Check that the wells match what you would expect, and that the decimal interests look right based on what you know from your division orders.
If a well you do not recognize appears, or a decimal looks off, make a note of it. You will be able to adjust individual wells in the Well Overwrites step.
A Note on Coverage
A revenue statement shows which wells you are currently being paid on. It may not capture every well you have an interest in — particularly wells that are permitted or drilled but not yet producing. After completing this workflow, it is worth reviewing your tract on the map to confirm the coverage looks complete.
Next Steps
After reviewing the parsed results, you will move through Review Tracts, Fix Overlaps, Well Overwrites, and Run KPIs. See "Well Overwrites" and "Run KPIs and Read Your Results" to continue.
